SHIPPING & RETURNS
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our inspection team. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card or linked bank account within next 7 working days. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or shipping address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
We wish to build a brand of trust and a treasured relationship with our customer. We are sure you will place an order because you loved the product. Although we are confident of the quality of the ordered product that we send to you, there could be issues which warrant return/exchange of the product. No problems! Just follow the guidelines. Immediately (as soon as you discover a flaw in the product i.e. within 24 hours) send us an email at rushsang5@gmail.com giving the details of your order no. and the product you want it to be exchanged with. We will immediately reserve that product for you. Please ship the items you want to return and/or exchange within 7 days of having received the shipment. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of return shipment as we do not have the pickup services yet. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We receive the returned product with Proper Packaging, Design Number, with Our Tags & Customer Information with Order Number Once you return the product please intimate us with the tracking number. Please don’t return without prior confirmation with us. We hope you will understand that washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement garments to you as soon as we receive the products back from you. No shipment will be charged. In case you want to return the product/s, the entire amount will be refunded to you in the form of a gift voucher/ redeemable store credits within two weeks of receiving the returned product. The store credits you can use for gifting or future shopping. anytime within a year. The returns are subject to the discretion of the inspection team. Fabric Lengths and customized/altered items are not eligible for any return or exchange. Tracking details will be provided once the order is despatched within 1-2 days of payment.
Soon after placing an order, if you were to change your mind, please mail us at rushsang5@gmail.com to cancel the order. Please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, so that we can withhold the despatch. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them If dispatched, you will have to bear the shipping cost.
